JIM COLLINS

I am an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and an AEA certified Aquatics Instructor.  In recent years,   I have competed in NPC and INBF bodybuilding competitions and won several titles.

As a personal trainer, my mission is to work with clients to establish and meet goals tailored to their specific fitness needs, and to improve their overall health. I know my clients’ time is valuable, so I will do everything possible to make sessions productive in reaching established goals.

I do not expect my clients to be hard core bodybuilders. I will, however, emphasize the importance of being strict with form and technique during each exercise.  When these two items are mastered, I increase difficulty, the variation of exercises and amount of weight.  This will optimize results, so my clients can see and feel the difference that professional training makes to achieve a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Finally, I also incorporate core training, cardio, dynamic stretching, and even some fun, with each workout. I believe my clients should completely enjoy their fitness routines in order to progress and achieve their goals.  My promise to you is this:  If you give me effort, you will get results.  I very much look forward to working with you.
